All Phases Bookkeeping Service is owned and operated by Taleese Carson-Peters.  Taleese has worked in the Accounting field for a total of 18 years and in public accounting since 1992.  She has earned her degree in Specialized Business and is currently a member of the Lansdowne Business & Professional Association.
